She holds a degree in paralegal studies, which sharpened her analytical skills and attention to detail. Her curiosity extends beyond real estate — she contributed to research conducted at the University of Chicago and published as The Foreign-Language Effect: Thinking in a Foreign Tongue Reduces Decision Biases, conducting experiments with several hundred participants to explore how thinking in a non-native language can reduce emotional bias and influence financial choices.
Natalia enjoys staying active, has hiked the Appalachian Trail solo, and loves reading nonfiction (Endurance by Alfred Lansing is a favorite). She loves efficiency and organization, always looking for ways to simplify, streamline, and solve everyday challenges. Growing up in a historic town that draws millions of visitors each year has shaped her understanding of World War II and her perspective in subtle but meaningful ways.
